Overseas

Europe and the Rest of the World - please for a quote.

Outside the UK, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Transactions are in UK pounds sterling.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is between 3 days and 4 weeks. If the item is in stock then delivery will normally be within 3 days - if out of stock then the hand-made piece has to be made to order which can take up to 4 weeks. Please contact us if you need something sooner and we shall endeavour to make this happen. It may be possible to complete the order more quickly.

Our website is updated on a regular basis. However, as the products listed for sale on our site can be unique it is possible that a product may have been sold to someone else before your order is received. Therefore all orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you confirmation of your order by email.

You will be informed by email on the day of despatch, and you should receive your item the next day.

Parcels need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

Packaging

We will send your jewellery in our exclusive L&N packaging ensuring that your jewellery arrives ready to gift. There is always an option to place a gift message when ordering.

Hallmark

Latham & Neve jewellery conforms to the British hallmarking standard which is respected worldwide as a symbol of quality. We are also members of the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ).

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

Orders placed between 18th November and 25th December inclusive may be returned/exchanged up to 20th January 2023.
